About ACS-SA at UC San Diego

ACS-SA is the largest pre-professional chemistry student organization at UC San Diego. ACS allows chemists to connect in a safe and diverse environment whether it be with faculty, industrial chemists, or fellow peers. 

 

ACS-SA at UC San Diego is an all-in-one resource for UCSD chemistry students, and we strongly encourage anyone with interests in chemistry to attend ACS-SA events, member or not. Attend any of our weekly events to learn more about the society in chemistry and enjoy the free food provided for anyone in attendance!

Transfer Student Talk

Come to our Week 3 event where we will welcome UCSD undergraduate advisor Hale Daigle for a talk about transfer student. Learn about their experiences moving to a different school, how to get involved as a new student, and the opportunities available on campus!

We’ll discuss common struggles student faces, how they integrate into a new environment, and tips from advisors. Additionally, we will have time for Q&A’s so bring a friend and all your questions!

We hope to see you there!!
