About ACS-SA at UC San Diego
ACS-SA is the largest pre-professional chemistry student organization at UC San Diego. ACS allows chemists to connect in a safe and diverse environment whether it be with faculty, industrial chemists, or fellow peers.
ACS-SA at UC San Diego is an all-in-one resource for UCSD chemistry students, and we strongly encourage anyone with interests in chemistry to attend ACS-SA events, member or not. Attend any of our weekly events to learn more about the society in chemistry and enjoy the free food provided for anyone in attendance!

This event will feature industry professionals
and a resume workshop designed to help you explore and prepare for various career paths in chemistry. This year, we will have representatives from Pfizer, Bristol Myers Squibb, Neurocrine Biosciences, BioLegend, Catalent, and General Atomics.

ACS Spring Conference Travel Fund
Are you passionate about chemistry and eager to expand your knowledge and network? Then you're at the right place, because ACS-SA is offering to fund 1 Chemistry/Biochemistry Department major to attend the ACS Spring 2026 conference this year!
